Sri Venkateswara University offers a regular Master of Technology (MTech) course in a full-time mode. The duration of SV University MTech is two years consisting of four semesters. Admission to this course is entrance exam-based i.e., GATE/ SV University CET/ Andhra Pradesh PGECET. Candidates who have BE/BTech with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university are eligible for the course.

According to the data available on the official website, a total of 12 companies visited the campus and more than 308 students were selected during Sri Venkateswara University placements in 2022. The total tuition fees of MCA at SV University is INR 61,130 and the average salary is around INR 6 LPA, so considering the low fees and good salary it seems like a good return on investment.

Apart from this, every year 70% to 80% of students of SV University Tirupati are selected through campus placements. In addition, the pay package offered by companies during SV University Tirupati placements ranges from INR 3.50 LPA to INR 12 LPA. TCS, HCL and Tech Mahindra are some of the companies that visited SV University Tirupati to hire the candidates.

Yes, BTech is offered at SV University Tirupati. The four-year course is divided into eight semesters. It is offered in seven specialisations in regular mode. A lateral entry programme is also available at SV University for BTech students. In addition, meritorious students get the option to choose BTech (Hons) or BTech (major-minor), both with extra courses and credits, in addition to those prescribed for BTech (regular).
