The Srinivas Institute of Technology (SIT) has a vibrant event calendar with a variety of sports and cultural activities. SIT also promotes sports and extracurricular activities. 

 

Badminton tournament

The Srinivas University Institute of Management and Commerce organizes badminton tournaments for men and women doubles.

Placements: More than 60 percent of students were placed. The highest package is 9 lakhs per annum, while the lowest package is 2.3 lakhs per annum. Many MNCs, including IBM, Deloitte, Skolar, and Wipro, have visited our college. About 10 percent of students secured internships.

Candidate must be a pass in PUC/Higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern) or appearing in the current academic year with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects from any state board within India, CBSE, ICSE, with minimum 45% aggregate for General and 40% aggregate for SC/ST in PCM.

Both institutes are well-known for their respective fields. However, according to recent search results, Yenepoya University is ranked higher than Srinivas Group of Colleges for Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) in Mangalore based on fees, ranking, admission, and placement. 

In terms of fee structure, the Srinivas Group of Colleges is cheaper than Yenepoya University. Yenepoya University has a total of 60 seats and Srinivas Group of Colleges has a total number of 100 seats to offer for B.Pharma students.

BBA at Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College Of Business Management, Mangalore is one of the best. They have 211 seats in their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course and it is ranked at 95 by Outlook in 2023. They have good placements also. Srinivas Group of Colleges also offers the BBA programme among many others and it is one of a kind. The faculty along with infrastructure and placements are good.

But it is hard to say which is good as every individual seeks different things. What you want in BBA might be something that SDM College of Business Management offers but for someone else that can be the case with Srinivas G

Yenepoya Dental College has an average package of 3-5 LPA with the highest package of 9 LPA with around 90% placements. 

Srinivas Group of Colleges on the other hand has 4-5 LPA average package with 10 LPA the highest package,   however around 60% students get placed. 

In conclusion, Yenepoya Dental College provides a reliable option in terms of placements.

BBA programmes are available at Srinivas Group of Colleges and Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Business Management, both in Mangalore. Comparing the two colleges is challenging, though, because a lot depends on them, including the faculty, the facilities, the placements, and more. Yes, Srinivas Group of Colleges is a good college.

  • Placements: Around 60% of students got placed in this course. The average salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 7 LPA. They also provide placement training processes from the first year.
  • Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Classrooms are well-maintained. Laboratories are well-equipped. Wi-Fi is not available in the hostel. Our campus is always kept clean. Pure vegetarian food items are available.
