All candidates must be minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on August 1, 2019 to fulfill CHSL age criteria. This means that candidates who are born not before August 2, 1991 and not later than August 1, 2000 are eligible to appear for SSC CHSL 2019 exam. Hence you can apply for SSC CHSL 2019.

According to SSC CHSL eligibility criteria, candidates applying for the exam must be 18 years to 27 years and have passed 10+2/HSC.
