Yes, you can join St Francis Institute of Technology without Jee Mains for B.Tech. But, you must remember these things:

1. You can be admitted for B.Tech at Francis Institute of Technology without JEE Mains, but you may have to go through other admission processes of the institute like CET (Common Entrance Test).

2. Some institutes have management quotas, under which JEE Mains is not required, but you may have to pay higher fees.
