In addition forms and rules change from university to university. In the bargain, students invariably take TC from present college and seek fresh admission in new college. Hello Neha, I am afraid by now the admission process has been completed in many of the states for the admission in engineering colleges or at least has cross more than 50% of the process. You will have to wait for the cycle to begin next year if you are interested to get admission only in a government college. However if you are interested in getting admission to the deemed universities for under management quota of private engineering colleges then you may approach them even now and chances are quite bright that you will get admission. Best wishes to you.

Hello Bharati,
If you are from Maharashtra then you are in for tough luck. Admissions to majority seats across different colleges in Maharashtra are given based on MHT CET. Of course some seats are available under "all India quota" which are filled up based on JEE Mains. But number of seats is not known. Else you can think of seeking admission in deemed to be universities or under management quota. Best wishes to you.
