You can do MS Computer Science after MCA degree because in majority of International Universities MS CS eligibilty is 10+2+4 education in field of CS.

No, only IELTS can get you into Canadian universities. A lot depends upon your academics.

Hello Rajahpriya,
It's very nice to see your dream of doing your MS abroad. With scholarship too. Well it's not difficult at all. First of all you must get more than 80% as you have stated in your graduation exam. Scholarships are not granted on a regular basis but on selectively. Don't depend on it.

I am very happy to see your dream of doing MS abroad. First and most important thing is to study hard, understand the concepts and obtain good marks in your graduation. You must aim to get more than 80%. For further details there is still plenty of time.
