Not sure which country you are considering for studies. Every country has different rules. But, generally you have to first receive the admission confirmation letter from your college before proceeding for visa application.

Nepal, China, Russia and Bangladesh are the best countries for the same. However, after completing your MBBS you have to clear a qualifying exam conducted by Medical Council of India to practice in India (registered doctor), which is too tough.

There is a good chance but the competition is too high. If you get scholarship for your graduation then chances of getting job will be higher. If you do your Masters from New Zealand you will get one year guaranteed job after your graduation, however, Australia do not have any such commitment.

Dear Harshit Kumar,
It would be better if you do one full-time programme in marketing from a business school. It will provide a good job across the globe.
All the best.
