Hi,
You can take your SAT. Where do you want to study? Not every country requires the SAT. So, first, you decide what and where to study and then consider taking the SAT.

Hi Riya,
If you get through a good and reputed university, you should. Your decision will depend on what you want to study, your aim, budget, your profile, university admission requirements, etc. Australia, Canada and NZ are some of the popular countries now.

Hi Rihqon,
London is not advisable now, if you have an offer you may consider. Anyway, UK is tough for international applications now. Dubai now is a hub. You can also check Australia.

Hi,
It is difficult to gain admission without work experience but if you have an outstanding profile with excellent academic grades and all rounder profile then chances could be there. The decision will totally depend on the university admission selectivity and how strong your profile is.

Hi Arpit,
To study Bachelor degree in USA, you must take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. If you don't plan to take these tests, you are not eligible to study in the States. You have to start the admission process a year ahead of the admission season. So, prepare accordingly and apply accordingly.

Is Cardiff University a good option to pursue MBA?

Yes, Cardiff is one of the reputed universities in UK. But before you study in UK, do some research on post MBA work options, obtaining work permit is very difficult now. Also, a one year Master degree program from UK is not easily recognised in India nowadays.
