Tuition is free at the national universities but for an international student getting admissions is very very difficult let alone free seat. If you are something brilliant with more than 90% in your academics you may have a chance. You must also learn German language.

There are over 4000 colleges and universities in the US and I can assure you that there is no particular ‘best’. Many universities are considered good for different things. If you can tell more about what exactly are you looking for, I can suggest some good universities to you.

1190/1600 would be considered an average score. For most of the top universities, this score would be on the lower side. So, if you are considering taking SAT again, I would encourage you to do so.

You have scored overall 6 bands, which is good. But, you have 5 bands in writing. So, it is not possible as all the colleges need 6 bands with no less than 5.5 in each module.

Hello Aditya,
Germany is a great place to pursue PG. However, every University has its own yardstick and it is better, if you check about your prospective university. They also look for your academic performance. If you have a convincing answer for low performance in UG level, it can be ignored.

Yes, you can but the last date for this year was February 15. You can try next year. There is no cut-off. The overall profile of a candidate is being evaluated.
