With this score the chances of getting the above mentioned college is 50 50, there are always some seats reserved for the EWS students in each college.
You have to just give either NEET or State Veterinary Entrance Exam and at the time of Counselling of state quota and All India Counselling conducted by VCI just fill the desired options.
Rest, all the procedure is same for all.

According to previous year cut off of B.V.Sc. in AU Area ST category Boys was 13569 as for OU area 16573 and 9798 for SVU area. Also according to previous year General OC category ranks, cut off for Boys in AU area was 4163 , for OU area it was 4379 and for SVU area it was 3511. So all the other categories like BCE, BCD, etc fall into this range of ranks from 3.5k to 13.5k. So with your rank of 22000 it may be difficult to get admission.
Hope so it will help you.

You must have at least 6.00/10.00 OGPA or 60 percent marks in your previous board exam. All the best.
