Candidates are selected for BCA (H) at SVIMS Kolkata on a merit-basis. The performance in Class 12 or equivalent exam is evaluated by the selection committee. There is no entrance score requirement. The selection process is subject to revision by the authorities.

Candidates applying for BCA (H) course of SVIMS should be Class 12 pass with at least 50% aggregate. This minimum aggregate is as per guidelines for BCA colleges in Kolkata. Hence, it can vary as per rules of SVIMS or MAKAUT.

SVIMS Kolkata BBA (H) course return on investment can be calculated by comparing its fee with offered placements package. The UG course total fee is INR 2.65 Lakh. While the average salary offered as per official website is INR 4.2 lakh. Thus, the UG course offers good RoI.

Swami Vivekananda Institute of Modern Science was ranked #32 in 2023 by Times. It was the fourth best institute among Times ranked colleges. This ranking may not be specifically for its BBA (H) course.

SVIMS Kolkata BBA (H) seat allocation is merit-based and direct admission. The institute may not allocate seats through government quota. Students performance in Class 12 is evaluated for selection. The total seats available for the UG course is 90. This seat count is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It is still subject to revision and hence, is indicative.
