Symbiosis School of Economics BSc admissions are entirely entrance-based. Candidates seeking admission to the BSc programme must appear for Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) conducted by the institute followed by which, shortlisted candidates must appear for the Personal Interaction round.  

Candidates seeking admission to the BSc programme offered at SSE Pune must the minimum eligibility criteria set up by the institute. Candidates must have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised Board with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent grade (45% aggregate or equivalent grade for candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes category).

Symbiosis School of Economics Personal Interview round will take place after the declaration of SET result in the month of May. According to the dates released by the institute, the shortlist for Personal Interview will be declared on May 27 after which candidates can book the PI slot from May 27 to May 28. Symbiosis School of Economics will conduct the PI in the online mode which is set to be scheduled from Jun 3 to Jun 8, 2024.
