The Institute recorded 100% placement rate with the highest package of worth INR 32.02 LPA bagged by an MBA graduate. Around 90 companies visited the campus during the placement drive, providing an average package of worth INR 12.7 LPA. Among the 90 companies, 21 companies provided a placement package to MBA HRM graduates. TAPMI Manipal offers admission to various courses such as MBA and BBA on the basis of merit and valid entrance scores. The Institute provides admission to MBA on the basis of various accepted entrance exams such as CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT and other equivalent exams along with group discussion and personal interview. Apart from this, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation.

TAPMI Manipal offers admissions to various UG and PG level courses based on entrance. The institute considers CAT, NMAT, XAT and other Management entrance exam scores for admission to the MBA programme. Candidates who have applied for courses at TAPMI Manipal are called for the GDPI round and the final shortlist is then created based on various aspects such as academics, entrance scores, and GDPI scores. For final admission, shortlisted candidates must pay the fees and confirm seat.

TAPMI Manipal offers admission on the basis of merit. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12 along with securing valid scores in accepted institutional level exams. Furthermore, admissions to the TAPMI Manipal BBA courses are made based on merit in Class 12 and entrance exam, along with presentation. There is no entrance exam for BBA admissions.

Candidates who have applied for courses at TAPMI Manipal are called for the GDPI round and the final shortlist is then created based on various aspects such as academics, entrance scores, and GDPI scores. 

TAPMI Manipal offers an MBA for 2 years with an annual intake of 60 students. The Institute offers various specialisations across MBA, such as, Banking and Finacial Services, International Business, HRM, Marketing, Technology Management, and more.

Admission to MBA in Human Resources Management is offered based on Karnataka PGCET, GMAT, XAT, CAT, NMAT and other equivalent examinations. Furthermore, the Institute offers MBA in HR is offered with the tuition fees worth INR 13.02 Lakh. Whereas, the hostel fees is worth INR 3.45 Lacs and one-time payment is around INR 40K, giving a total of INR 16.87 Lacs of course fees for 2 years.
