TAPMI MBA syllabus includes a semester-wise list of subjects along with the programme outcomes. Some of the subjects included in the first year are Basics of Accounting, Learning by Case Method, Basic Statistics, Marketing Management, Managerial Economics, etc. TAPMI also provides students the opportunity to earn credits by appearing for MOOCs.

TAPMI Manipal offers a two-year General MBA programme along with MBA in Banking and Financial Services (BKFS), Human Resource Management (HRM),  Marketing, etc. Besides, the institute also offers Online MBA and PhD programmes. Candidates who have completed graduation can apply for MBA programme. The selection for MBA is based on Management entrance exam scores and GDPI round.
