TNJFU offers admission to courses such as M.Tech on the basis of the valid scores of GATE. Candidates must secure a minimum agggregate of 50% in graduation along with securing valid score in accepted entrance exams and cousnelling round (if any). The University considers GATE, however, to learn about the eligible scores, candidates must check out the previous year trend.

The University offers admission to BVoc on the basis of institutional level examination along with Class 12 aggregate. The university offers BVoc in various specialisations with a total tuition fees of worth INR 12 K.

TNJFU is a good university, offering courses at the UG, PG, and PhD levels in full-time mode in the field of Aquaculture, Aquatic Environment Management, Aquatic Animal Health, and many more. Admission to the respective courses is offered on the basis of merit and valid entrance scores and the University facilitates with placements as well as scholarship facilities for students.

TNJFU offers BTech as a 4 year UG level programme. Admissions to the respective course is offered on the basis of merit and accepted entrance exams. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 and must secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as TNEA, ICAR, AIEEA, and many more. It is good choice to pursue BTech from TNJFU, considering the facilities provided.

Some of the major concerns aorund TNJFU admissions are with the lifestyle alteration and the location to adjust. It can be comparatively challenging for the students to adjust to the geographical changes along with the language barrier. The University otherwise offers a warm and friendly atmosphere for the students to co-exist in.
