Round-1 result for Tamil nadu NEET PG 2025 counselling was announced on November 26, 2025. Seat allotment result was uploaded online in PDF format for both management and government quota. Students have to download seat allotment result form official website, tnmedicalselection.net.

Deadline for round-2 Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 counselling was December 21, 2025. Students had to declare choices online and lock them in given deadline. Seats are allotted based on declared choices and other fcators including NEET PG rank. Seat allotment result for round-2 was announced on December 23, 2025.

The counselling authority DME, Chennai, released the TN NEET counselling round 1 seat allotment result on August 18, 2025. The authority released the seat allotment result in online mode on the official website in a PDF file which comprise the details of the candidates who are eligible for the admission process,

The Tamil Nadu NEET second round counselling dates have been published on the official website. The registration process opened on November 25, 2024, and will close on November 26, 2024. Choice filling and locking for the counselling can be completed between November 27 and November 28, 2024. The seat allotment results for the Tamil Nadu NEET counselling will be announced on November 29, 2024. Candidates will be able to download their provisional allotment letters from November 29 to December 5, 2024.

Applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria can apply online by visiting the official website. After the registration, authorities released seat allotment on August 18, 2025. 

DMER, Chennai, released application form for Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling 2025 on official website, tnmedicalselection.net. Students had to do round-2 registration from December 19 till December 20, 2025. Registration window opens at begining of each round. Round-2 result was announced on December 23, 2025.
