No, you cannot get admission at CECRI Karaikudi with the rank of 2526. But other colleges might accept your rank.
For eg, the College of Engineering Guindy accepts a rank up to 3451 for the BTech in Chemical Engineering programme. Similarly, Shiv Nadar University also accepts a rank up to 9832 for the same category and programme.
You can compare other colleges, courses, etc. by clicking here. Please know that other categories, courses, etc. will have different cutoffs.

This is battle of two worlds. Both are great but cater to two different students. 150+ companies (Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman Sachs) visit PSGCT campus every year and around 90-100% students are placed with an average salary of INR 5 to 14 LPA. The campus is spread over almost 40 acres. Amrita is a deemed university campus and has better research facilities and higher fees. Go for PSGCT, if you want the traditional college experience with good alumni link; go for Amrita, if you want a university feel with all amenities.

Thapar stands out because of its strong research culture, modern labs, funded projects, and active Chemistry & Biochemistry department with significant research output and infrastructure. VIT is also a good option with decent academics and research opportunities, but for pure Chemistry, I feel Thapar has a slight edge in terms of research environment and faculty focus. So, if you have all three options available, I'd personally choose Thapar for M.Sc. Chemistry. It offers a strong academic environment, good exposure, and better research opportunities.
