2. Bachelor of Business Administration
or he can do any other course as per his preference. Can also enroll for certification courses to enhance his skills like Digital Marketing, Power BI, Advance Excel, etc.

Hello, According to CBSE Test Pattern 12 2022: Due to the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Central Education Board (CBSE) has come up with a new CBSE Assessment programme and has implemented it. Yes you can apply even if you are from other states there won't be any restrictions but there are some government colleges where you need to write their exams.

You just need to download brochures of say Annamalai or IGNOU and gave a look if they offer a course if your liking. If not exactly same I am sure you will find some other similar course. Hello Shrushti Bankar,
These days, perhaps in Tamil Nadu, marks of 12th are utilised only to determine yes or no meaning minimum marks must be obtained in 12th below which a student can not seek admission in engineering. However actual admission is based on ranking in the entrance exam conducted by the states. Best wishes to you.
