The cutoff for mtech previous year was 22-23. You may give it a check on Shiksha's website to get detailed report. Unless you mention your marks I cant tell if you are having chances or not.

The main and only difference comes in the free structure. TANCET candidates will pay just 5-6 Lacs where as MAT candidates will have to pay around 10-11 Lacs for the entire course.

Hi,
Counselling is a process adopted to assure seats to candidates in certain college based upon merit or rank. So by counselling equalisation is achieved such that a student who has secured the marks for a particular institute gets the preference over others.
