I think yes. You can apply for UGC NET in Management Subject as your Masters was in management only.

It is solely based on your interest, If you want field job then choose marketing, or HR if good with speaking but don't choose finance unless you are very interested because it requires strong background in commerce. Try getting any college through CAT those will be good for you.
