Not possible from government universities or college but you can get from private college or state college.

I don't think anything like this will be possible because B.Ed is either with graduation or after graduation. The minimum qualification required to get admission in B.Ed is Bachelor of Arts B.A. Bachelor of Science B.Sc. Or Bachelor of Commerce B.Com and other graduation from a recognised Board/Univ
