You can pursue Masters as it only needs graduation means Bachelors degree for Masters degree.

Fee for B.Ed course generally extends from 80k to 120k for 2 year diploma.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master s Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc.

You are not eligible. If you are in final year then only you are eligible.
