Yes any student with a 3 year Bachelor's degree or equivalent (vocational) in related subjects/fields with 50% marks (40% for reserved) are eligible to apply for the PG courses.

According to the latest press release dated 30.7.21, the CTET 2021 is expected to be held in December 2021 or January 2022.
