Hi Arun,
For admission in Karnataka State Open University, Mysore - Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), applicants should have completed graduation with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. So, you are not eligible for admission in B.Ed.

Hello UGC Aspirants!
Coming to the problems that can be the reason while a UGC aspirant is not able to download the admit card.
1. )Slow internet- sometime due to network errors or slow internet, candidate is not able to download the admit card.
2. )Eligibility non fulfillment- in case of not fulfilling the eligibility there are chances that authority may not release the UGC NET Admit Card of the candidate.
3. )Incomplete application- Due to any reason such as blur photo or unsigned application, if your application is incomplete then Admit card will not be issued by NTA.

Hello, To become a lecturer you have to clear the postgraduation with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. After clearing this, the next step is to qualify the National Eligibility Test. The National Eligibility Test is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
