The criteria of B.Ed is you should have a Bachelor's degree with 50%. Than you are eligible to appear for entrance test for B.Ed programme. All the best.

Usually, all the colleges for Bachelors has same subject, which you want to do in Masters. But, some universities allow you to change your stream in Masters. Those universities offers degree in any subject you like. So, you can do MA in any subject you like.

CTET is Central Teacher Eligibility Test i.e. valid in all States. And I think TET means, you are talking about state TET which is valid in particular state.
