You can appear for TET, but in the final interview, you have to produce the marks sheet and pass certificate of your Diploma.

For B.Ed, you have to fill the entrance exam form of B.Ed. For getting knowledge about release of B.Ed form, be in touch of it. You can do the B.Ed on direct seat also. In my opinion, you have to focus on CTET now.

Yes, you can apply for BEd if you are interested. But why would you want to do B.Ed when you have a prestigious degree of B.Tech? There are many opportunities you can grab with this degree.
