RIE CEE 2018 syllabus is not out yet. However, candidates can refer RIE CEE syllabus for 2017 (mentioned in the table at the link below) to perform well in the teaching entrance exam. https://www.shiksha.com/teaching-education/exams/rie-cee/syllabus.
