Eligibility Criteria for BCA is not mentioned in that college's website. You should consider directly visiting or calling the college and ask your queries. If they are not willing to provide you admission then you can search for other universities and colleges too, there are many colleges which provides admission to arts students into BCA.

I heard from one of my friends that TISL provides direct admission through management quota. To get admission through it you need to contact the management quota team which currently shifted to Techno India DAMA in Chingrighara.
One of my friends took admission by paying 8 Lakhs with a rank of 65K. However, the payable amount depends on your rank and the number of vacancies.
Towards the end of the second round, this amount went up to 12 lakhs.
I had a rank of 8K, so got IT branch.

Yes, you can.
Passed 10+2 examination with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

Without maths, you can't be eligible for M.Sc biotechnology in Techno India.
