The selection criteria for the BDes programme at FDDI Hyderabad are academic merit, primarily assessed on the basis of FDDI AIST performance. Candidates must apply online and sit for the AIST exam, which is the minimum requirement of the selection process. Yes, for a BDes course at the Footwear Design and Development Institute, Hyderabad, students have to take the entrance test. The FDDI AIST is the selection process for the BDes course. Besides the selection process, students must pass Class 12 from any stream of a recognised board or possess a sanctioned three-year full-time Diploma after Class 10.
