155 are very less marks. He / she cannot get seat in telengana state quota councelling (in A catogery).
You can still try in management quota.

The minimum qualification for TS LAWCET in Telangana changes with the course you pick. If you want the 3-year LLB course, you must complete any graduation from a recognised college. For the 5-year LLB course, you should pass 12th class or Intermediate. You also need the minimum marks required under TS LAWCET eligibility rules.
