Both have different scopes. But in my opinion you should opt for B.Tech. B.Tech is a professional degree. Jobs are more on the basis of B.Tech. Many colleges offer this course. Admission is mainly based on entrance exam.

You may find a place in Air Traffic Control as a Controller, which comes under Airports Authority of India. They come up with vacancy notifications from time to time and intake candidates to train them as Air Traffic Controllers who are then based at any airport across the network of AAI. Apart from the above mentioned you may also work for other job profiles which require the candidates to be graduates. You may look for them on career pages of various airlines.

You may pursue AME and become and Aircraft Engineer. AME in Avionics will match with your previous qualifications. You may pursue Flight Dispatchers course, it requires you to have completed class 12th with PCM. You may choose to become a pilot, it requires you to have passed class 12th with PCM 50% marks. You may choose to become a cabin crew. It also requires class 12th. You may choose to become an Air Traffic Controller. AAI comes out with special vacancy notifications for ATC and it accepts applications from BE in E&T. I leave the choice to you. You may revert with any other queries if you have.
