In the question palette of the VITEEE 2023 mock test, the candidates were able to SEE various colours that depicted the status of the corresponding question. If the candidates saw the question number in green, then it meant that the question was already answered. Candidates were advised to check the question palette carefully while attempting the examination. Through the question palette, the candidates were able to know the status of their questions and which ones were left unanswered before the conclusion of the examination.

The pattern of the VITEEE mock test will be similar to the entrance examination. Candidates will have to answer 125 multiple-choice questions from Mathematics, Physics Chemistry Aptitude and English . The total duration of the mock test will be 2 hours 30 minutes. No extra time will be provided to the candidates. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be provided. There will be no negative marking. Candidates will be able to check their correct and incorrect responses and accordingly prepare for the entrance examination.

No credentials were required to attempt the VITEEE 2023 mock test. Candidates were able to access the VIT 2023 mock test link at vit.ac.in. The candidates had to select their preferred exam stream from MPCEA (Mathematics, Physics Chemistry English Aptitude) or BPCEA Biology Physics Chemistry English Aptitude). Next, the candidates had to click on the 'Sign In' tab. After checking the instructions carefully, the candidates had to click on the 'Start' tab. After the test commenced, the candidates had to complete the mock test within the time limit.

VITEEE mock test is a replica of the entrance examination. The total duration of the VITEEE 2023 mock test was 2 hours 30 minutes. All of the candidates were required to complete the VITEEE mock test 2023 within the allotted time. The test was automatically submitted after the time was over. No extra time is provided to the candidates. This is done to allow the candidates to understand the importance of time management as the same time limit is also applied to the entrance examination.

No, for the academic year of 2023-24, the VITEEE mock test was open in nature. The candidates were able to access and attempt the mock test anytime that they wished. No registrations were required to attempt the VIT 2023 mock test. Candidates were just required to access the mock test link online and attempt it as and when they wished to. Since the mock test is open for all, all candidates were encouraged to attempt the mock test and prepare for the examination accordingly.

VITEEE mock test is not a compulsory step in the examination and admission process. However, the candidates are advised to attempt the VITEEE mock test to be well-prepared for the exam. One of the biggest advantages of attempting the VIT mock test is that the candidates will be able to understand the exam pattern and practice how it will be conducted. The mock test will also allow the candidates to know their progress and weak points that need to be improved.

Candidates were able to access the VITEEE mock test online. The authorities had released the official VITEEE 2023 mock test link at vit.ac.in. The candidates did not release the mock test at any other website expect the official one. While accessing the mock test of VIT 2023, the candidates did not require any credentials to log in. The authorities released the VITEEE 2023 mock test as a free facility to all of the interested students. This allowed the students to attempt the mock test and know their preparation progress.

The address of MAT test centre will be mentioned in the admit card only, which means candidates will know the venue/location of their MAT test centre only after they downloading their MAT admit card. The exam authorities will not share the details of any exam centre before the release of the MAT admit card. The MAT CBT and MAT PBT are held in separate cities and the centre is allotted to candidates in the first city of preference as mentioned in the MAT application form. AIMA MAT provides two options as test city. Candidates have to select any two cities from the list mentioned in the online application form for test centre allotment. The MAT test cities are different for PBT and CBT, thus candidates must make sure they choose the mode of exam which will be conducted in their cities of preference. Candidates opting for MAT IBT exam do not have to select any test city as it is a remote proctored test and can be taken from any location. The option to select test city to MAT CBT and PBT candidates is given in the application form. Candidates have to fill their options in the form where the field appears.

The National Institute of Technology (NIFT) will conduct the Situation Test for the B. Des programme tentatively in the 4th week of April 2023. The Situation Test will be held offline at various NIFT campuses. The candidate is given the option to select their preferred test centre soon after declaration of NIFT written exam results. On the day of the exam, the candidate needs to report at the exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned in the admit card. Note that candidates who arrive at the exam centre after commencement of the exam will not be allowed entry inside the exam hall.
