There is really less chance in getting admission for MMS Program but you can try your luck in PGDM Program.

Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research will always be the best option for you as compared to Saraf. Be it the placement, infrastructure, course curriculum, placement and faculty members; Thakurs excels in every parameter than Saraf. Think upon it and take your decision wisely.

No, you need to be a proper Graduate and also should be born and brought up in Maharashtra to do MMS in any institute for that matter.
However, you can inquire about the PGDM Program.
