Greetings
I am glad to see candidates interested in pilot courses despite the strain in the aviation industry.
Doing CPL in any of the Indian institutes will cost you up to INR 35 Lacs.
But, since it is a license course, it is also recommended to do a degree along with it.
The Bombay Flying Club, Mumbai offers a combined course for CPL and BSc in aviation (degree course affiliated to Mumbai University).
The duration of this course is 3 years.
As you already have PCM in class 12th, minimum percentage required is 45%.

Hi, If you have the following eligibility, you can join:-The eligibility criteria to pursue an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course which is- Candidate must be passed 10+2 with a non-medical stream or equivalent AICTE approved 3 years engineering diploma in any stream or any higher qualification in science with Physics and Mathematics at the time of admission. The Bombay Flying Club does not provide any scholarships for the Pilot Training courses, but the college does accept scholarships if provided to an individual by any other sources. For the fees details, you can visit the official website www.thebombayflyingclub.com and download the brochure or you can email at pilotinfo@bfcaviation.com

Yes, the college has moved out of the Juhu airport premises citing legal proceedings.
Yet, the main asset that the college has are the dedicated instructors who maintain an excellent level of quality education and training standards.

For admission in CPL at The Bombay Flying Club, you need a Medical Certificate from any DGCA approved MBBS doctor.
The college does not provide with any such certificate.

The Bombay Flying Club offers a combined course for A.M.E. Plus B.Sc. In aeronautics. The B.Sc. Degree is affiliated to Mumbai University. Although there's no percentage limitation for A.M.E. But the minimum percentage required for B.Sc. in 12th Science with PCM subjects is 45% (for general / open category ).

The Bombay Flying Club offers a combined course for B.Sc aeronautics and AME.
You need a min of 45 % marks in 12th standard with PCM subjects.
You also need to clear a medical fitness test and color blindness test before admission.

1) B.Sc Aeronautics with AME
2) B.Sc Aviation with CPL
For admissions, you need to have a minimum of 45% in class 12th exams with PCM subjects and one has to clear relevant medical tests.
