No, the college does not offer B.Tech course. They offer Engineering courses as below.

The college does not offer weekend classes. Classes are conducted 3 days a week (morning and afternoon shift).

Degree has more value than 1 year course, as you will cover and practice the same curriculum over span of 3- 4 years than in 1 year. Good luck.

Yes, you can learn shorthand. Follow new pitman course (red color book). It needs lots of practice, the more you will practice the fast you will be able to write dictations with accuracy. Be regular if possible take guidance from expert.
