I have got 59.60% aggregate in PCM Class XII am I eligible to take admission in college which requires 60% aggregate in PCM.

No, you cannot get admission below 60percent in PCM .You should have to be appear for reexam to score better in PCM.

No, it is a public-private college, and no seats are reserved in any category. It is available to all students. You just need to meet the minimal qualifying requirements for the course for which you apply. Admission is purely taken on the basis of JEE-Main percentile.
