Yes, Northcap University provides placement and training support to students enrolled in the LLM programme. As per the official website, the university has established a Centre of Professional Attachment & Alumni Engagement (CPAA) for training purposes. The cell works towards empowering students in crafting and navigating their career paths. The cell is also responsible for conducting various training programmes, such as Guest Lecture, GDs, Mock PIs and such. Moreover, it arranges recruitment drives and pre-placement talks.

- The median package for MBA/PGDM at GD Goenka University is INR 480,393 while the same for The NorthCap University is INR 450,000.
- Moving on to the average salary which is INR 532,000 for GD Goenka University and INR 400,000 for The NorthCap University.
On the basis of the median and average salary, it is clear that GD Goenka University is better for MBA/PGDM compared to The NorthCap University.

- The median package for B.Com at School of Business, UPES is INR 450,000 - INR 475,000 while the same for The NorthCap University is INR 360,000.
- Moving on to the average salary which is INR 650,000 - INR 840,000 for School of Business, UPES and INR 400,000 for The NorthCap University.

The NorthCap University has not yet made the placement data for 2023 official. But the NIRF report 2023 has been released. In 2022, 230 BTech, 3 MTech, 22 BBA LLB (Hons), and 14 LLM students were placed during NCU placements, according to the report. A median package of INR 5.5 LPA and INR 5.3 LPA was offered to M.Tech and BTech students, respectively. The median salary offered to BBA LLB (Hons) and LLM students was INR 3.5 LPA and INR 7.25 LPA, respectively. The median BTech package for 2022 increased by about 38% when compared to 2021.
