UNC-Chapel Hill expects a minimum GPA of 2.8 and 3 from undergraduate and graduate applicants respectively on a 4-point scale. In the case of undergraduate admission, if students have scored more than 2.8, they do not need to submit the SAT and ACT scores to fulfill the eligibility. But if their GPA is lower than 2.8, they must submit an ACT score of 17 or higher and an SAT score of 930 or higher. In both UG and PG admission, academic GPA plays a vital role in admission.
