NIOS won't be a problem for you to pursue higher studies abroad. But there are certain requirements like taking a certain number of subjects for the 11th and 12th. Also you may inquire @ the university regarding the course structure of your preference, fees, etc.

No top university will admit you without a GMAT or GRE score. You can reattempt the GRE if the score is not high enough. Typically a score above 310 in GRE and above 650 in GMAT is average. Also remember if you have an excellent profile, brilliant recommendation letters, career growth etc. You may still be accepted with slightly lower test scores, universities check applications holistically.

Yes, you can apply. While processing, the score is valid. They will consider. You cannot apply after 13th August.

TOEFL is a test for English language proficiency to study abroad. Your 12th marks are not important for taking the test. Having poor marks in 12th and good score in TOEFL won't be of too much help, you may receive if the university likes your profile and also TOEFL has its own scholarship schemes. It's difficult to say. If you don't have strong academics, but just a good TOEFL score it won't increase chances for you to get scholarships. You must excel as an all rounder.

Hi Urvil, yes you can. You must have a very good SAT score. Very good SOP and LORs will also be required. They will check your overall application package so give your best shot.

American Universities don't see only SAT and TOEFL scores. They are interested in whole personality. They see your academic record, extracurricular activities, essay SAT and TOEFL score. You have to do your best in all in these factor.
