For sure you have to go with Wisdom Faculty of Management Studies, Banasthali University. From my point of view, don't expect much from your undergraduate degree. For success you must to be at least post-graduate. Actually Undergraduate courses cannot be measured upon their ability to provide jobs. However, Banasthali doesn't have much placement opportunities but if you are really talented and have required knowledge and skills as seemed by the companies you will get placed.

You have done hotel management so other than the hotel field there is not much scope for you in the private sector or in any private company. The best thing for you would be to apply in the government sector and that to in banking field. You can apply for IBPS by taking a written examination and if you clear that examination, you will be called for an interview and then if all goes well, you will be selected.
