It is only issued to those pilots who hold a valid and current CPL + have cleared DGCA ATPL exams + have attained 1500hours of flying experience.
Hence to get an ATPL the pilot has to justify all the above mentioned requirements.
So first aim for CPL then get a job and then clear exams + flying to get an ATPL.
No flying school trains directly to get an ATPL.

Every college has a different schedule and procedure for admission. You will have to check with each college that you're interested to take admission in. Yes, GD Goenka University provides transportation services to its students.

For 2nd year, it is- INR 1,62,750 per semester
For 3rd year, it is- INR 1,70,990 per semester
For 4th year it is- INR 1,80,000 per semester
So ,overall tuition fees will be- INR 13,37,480 (roughly)
Coming to hostel,
AC hostel will cost you anywhere between- INR 140000- INR 150000 per year.
Non AC hostel will cost you anywhere between- INR 80000- INR 90000 per year
Food is not included in hostel fees.
