It is only issued to those pilots who hold a valid and current CPL + have cleared DGCA ATPL exams + have attained 1500hours of flying experience.
Hence to get an ATPL the pilot has to justify all the above mentioned requirements.
So first aim for CPL then get a job and then clear exams + flying to get an ATPL.
No flying school trains directly to get an ATPL.

Every college has a different schedule and procedure for admission. You will have to check with each college that you're interested to take admission in.
