The IRT conducts the following Three(3) One Year Diploma Courses and One Two Year Diploma Course through correspondence as under.
1. RAIL TRANSPORT AND MANAGEMENT (RTM)
2. MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORT (CONTAINERIZATION) & LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT (MMT)
3. TRANSPORT ECONOMICS & MANAGEMENT (TEM)
4. PORT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT (PDM)

You could find concrete technology colleges, but you can help you with few transport engineering colleges in India. Kindly check on the below link and check city and college from where you want to pursue your course from. It is always better to go through the reviews of the students and alumni of any college before finalizing on any choice. Good luck

Also please note majority of colleges / institutes offer transport facility + a lot of cab services available for students to travel at a very reasonable cost. You will find their numbers / contacts outside the GATE of all the colleges. Their representatives move outside the gates and distribute their cards / pamplets. First select the college, rest all will come in place automatically.
