For this you need to check IRMA website. You will find a link there for application form. If your CAT/XAT score is above the cutoff, you will be able to give ISC test.

It's a difficult question to answer. On the safe side, if your percentile score is higher than 90, you have higher chances of conversion. Here main weightage is given to GD-PI process (around 50%).

Irma offers MBA+ education. The '+' part consists 3 internships (one of them: Village Field study), certain sociological subject and agribusiness related subjects. All these parts acquaint you well with rural realities of India.
For finance part, IRMA may not be a very good option because IRMA is well entrenched in Microfinance and agribusiness finance.

A simple suggestion would be, keep it simple.
IRMA's personal interview is almost no different from that of any other interview.
What you will need though, is much more clarity on 'Why IRMA?', this question generally plays quite an important role.
Brush up on your general knowledge, get ready to face questions about your background.
As for the PI, it is going to test your ability to analyze (situational) and also your ability to communicate your thoughts.
Hope this helps.
