Yes, SRM Trichy has a hospital attached to it. The name of the hospital is Trichy SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre. The hospital is located on Kumaramangalam-Panruti Road near Irungalur village north of Tiruchirappalli, about 25 kilometres from Trichy Airport. It was established in 2008.

IIM Trichy insists on regular and prompt attendance in classes. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions required in every course. The PGPBM Office keeps a record of attendance in all courses.
