Donot miss lectures, get closer to the teachers and try being friends with the research scholars. Maintain a healthy work-life balance, while academics are important, it's equally important to take care of your physical and mental well-being. Make time for relaxation, exercise, hobbies, and socializing to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

It is calculated after the final marks of you whole course, only the marks of the major subject is counted. The final CGPA is basically the average of the SGPAs of entire semesters. It follows CBGS credit based grading system, in which you receive credits for the subjects of the course depending on your performance in it, which will be calculated on the basis of total grade credit secured divided by total credit points allotted for subjects in each semester.

Doing your Under Graduate from an University main campus in itself is a unique experience. Most of the people you will come around will be much mature and Would probably be pursuing the courses you are very far away from pursuing, also very many departments make it a diverse place with students from diverse educational choices and backgrounds.
