It is not that hard to get admission in the University as Candidates who have passed Class 12th from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate marks are eligible and can apply for Central University of Kerala. Students must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification purposes. Admission to the university BA is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Scholarships to students are provided based on their academic performance and financial conditions at Central University of Kerala - Trivandrum Campus. One of the scholarships is Students’ Aid Fund Scholarship - the scholarship is offered to students whose annual family income is less than Rs 25,000. Eligible students will receive Rs 1000 for UG courses. The university offers merit scholarships for the 3-year BA, B.Sc, and B.Com courses. These INR 2500 per annum scholarships are awarded to 188 students every year.

According to the official Central University of Kerala website, there are 40 seats available for BA in International Relations which is again the only BA course which is offered by the university. This is according to the seat allocation circular for the academic year 2024-25.

Central University of Kerala offers a 4 years B.Com. B.Ed. course at the UG level. To get admitted in this course, Candidates passed 12th/equivalent with 50% marks from any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply. Securing a seat in this course at CUK is hard as the course offers admission to 50 students. Candidates also need to score a good marks in CUET to secure seat in this course. University of Kerala offers a 3 year B.A. in International Relations course at the UG level. The entrance test called CUET (Common University Entrance Test) is accepted by the Central University of Kerela for admission to B.A.

No, you cannot get direct admission in the Central University of Kerala -Trivandrum Campus because to get admission in any course you have to pass in CUET Entrance exam (Common Universiry Entrance Test). 

The eligibility criteria for Bachelors of Arts (BA) in Central University of Kerala- Trivandrum campus is you must have completed your 12th from a recognised board and passed with minimum 50% marks in the HSC.
