You have to show TC of class 12th, not of class 8th or class 10th. You may keep class 10th TC if required, but no need of class 8th TC.

CMR Technical campus is best for all the branches. The college is good and famous for its placement. According to my knowledge, I think you are going to get a seat with your rank. However, before applying for counseling, go and check on the college website.

It's the closing ranks of previous year and it might differ a bit when compared to this year. So, the predictor might not be 100% accurate. It is just to know in which colleges you might get a chance in accordance with previous year cutoffs.
