A student can participate for 2nd round of TS EAMCET counseling under the following conditions: Candidates who have secured seat but not interested to join Those candidates who have not secured seat so far but got their certificates verified Who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option.

If you have been allotted a seat in the first round, and you are happy with this and pay the required fees within the time allotted to you, your seat as well as your name will be taken out of the system.
