All the colleges were start working by the end of forest counseling itself. You have to report and join immediately after the 3rd counseling, in case you get a seat, because the class work had already begun.

Well, you can appear for EAMCET 2019, if you are between the age group of 17 – 22 year. If you don't fall in this age group, you aren't eligible.

AP EAMCET is an entrance examination conducted by government of Andhra Pradesh for admission in state level engineering colleges, similarly TS EAMCET is an entrance examination conducted by the government of Telangana state for admission in state level engineering college of Telangana.
